Clear Deliverables and Written Terms of Engagement

Any project proposal signed after this date incorporates these provisions by direct reference. Existing client contracts executed prior to this revision remain bound by their individual countersigned statement of work until completion.

Throughout these terms, the terms “Studio”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer specifically to Felnorias, a sole proprietorship registered in the State of Texas, operating continuously since 2021.

The principal practitioner and sole lead designer responsible for all client delivery is Irina Petrova. Felnorias provides bespoke digital design and frontend engineering services strictly confined to two core service categories: the bespoke Studio Website and the streamlined Baseline Website.

Included deliverables encompass:

• Tailored typographic systems, high-contrast layouts, and responsive markup tested from 320px viewport widths to 4K desktop screens.
• Lightweight, accessible code written without heavy commercial frameworks or bloated site builders.
• Baseline on-page technical search engine optimization (structured metadata, semantic landmarks, Open Graph tags, XML sitemaps).

All pricing figures published on this website and in our project proposals are quoted strictly in United States Dollars (USD). Our verified historical pricing ranges between $1,500 and $12,000 USD per project.

The final binding price for any engagement depends directly upon six verifiable cost drivers:

• Number of pages: Baseline sites typically include 5 to 7 pages; studio releases include up to 10 structured pages.
• Custom functionality: Complex client-side calculators, custom filtering logic, or bespoke dynamic state transitions.
• Third-party integrations: CRM routing, calendar booking systems, newsletter webhooks, or API endpoints.
• Design complexity: Editorial grid customization, responsive typography tuning, and experimental art direction.
• Content volume: Studio structural copywriting and curation versus client-supplied copy ready for typesetting.

Payment terms follow a predictable milestone schedule: 50% upon project kickoff and schedule reservation, and 50% upon final production deployment and code handover. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance.

When accessing felnorias.com, you agree to refrain from any activity that disrupts server operations, compromises data security, or infringes on our intellectual property. Specifically, you may not:

Client Deliverables: Upon settlement of the final project invoice, Felnorias assigns to the client complete and unrestricted copyright ownership of all custom bespoke design files, tailored copywriting, and HTML/CSS/JS frontend code created specifically for the project. Felnorias retains the perpetual, non-exclusive right to display the completed work, project screenshots, and case metadata within our public portfolio, design publications, and advertising retrospectives.

This website and all preliminary planning materials, portfolio showcases, and cost calculators are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Irina Petrova exercises meticulous care in authoring technical specifications and pricing ranges, we make no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted server availability, immediate search engine indexing rank, or specific revenue outcomes resulting from a redesign.

We do not guarantee that third-party browser updates, external CRM APIs, or hosting vendor network outages beyond our control will not occasionally affect external integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law, in no event shall Felnorias, Irina Petrova, or any affiliated contractor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or commercial goodwill—arising from the use of this website or the performance of our design deliverables.

Our aggregate cumulative liability for any claim arising under these terms or any project statement of work, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall never exceed the actual total dollar amount received by Felnorias from the client under the specific project contract during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Website Access: Felnorias reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to felnorias.com, its inquiry intake, or its live chat facility immediately and without prior notice in the event of abusive conduct, automated security breaches, or repeated spam transmissions.

Active Projects: Either party may terminate a commissioned project engagement for material breach upon 14 calendar days' written notice, provided the breaching party fails to cure such breach within the notice window. If a project is cancelled by the client for convenience prior to completion, the client remains liable for all work performed up to the termination date based on documented project milestones, and any unearned portion of prepaid deposits will be refunded within 14 business days.

This master agreement, all project proposals, and any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our creative services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Both parties irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts situated in Austin, Travis County, Texas, for the adjudication of any legal proceeding or dispute that cannot be resolved through informal studio mediation.

We maintain our terms of engagement dynamically to reflect regulatory shifts, changes in our studio structure, and revisions to our technical standards. When material revisions are introduced, we update the prominent effective date displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of felnorias.com following the publication of revised terms constitutes affirmative acceptance of the modified conditions. Active project clients will receive direct email notifications of any proposed changes affecting their existing service scope.

Felnorias stands firmly behind the craftsmanship of every website we deploy. Every completed build released under a standard contract carries an explicit 30-day post-launch warranty period starting on the date the production domain is directed to live traffic.

During this warranty period, Irina Petrova will resolve free of charge:

• Any layout breakage or text overlapping occurring on standard modern viewports (320px mobile through 2560px desktop).
• Any JavaScript runtime console errors or broken navigation event handlers.
• Any failure of contact form processing or inquiry email delivery configured within our baseline scope.
• Any verified divergence from the signed typography and visual design specifications agreed in the statement of work.

The warranty does not cover defects introduced by subsequent client code modifications, unauthorized third-party plugin installations, or upstream server outages at client-managed hosting providers.
